It’s a baked dish made with layers of pasta sheets, meat or vegetable filling, cheese and a tomato or béchamel sauce. Ingredients may vary depending on the region, but most commonly lasagna is made with ground beef or sausage, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce. Ravioli also a tasty option, is a type of pasta filled with meat, cheese or vegetables, and usually served with a sauce.

As for cooking, you can either boil ravioli for 3-5 minutes or bake them with a sauce.

You could also get creative and make your own pasta dough, and stuff the ravioli with your favourite fillings, making a great homemade dish with your own personal touch.
